New Collective Agreement Signed

The City of Dawson Creek and CUPE Local 2403, representing City workers, have reached a new collective agreement which will be in effect until December 31, 2015.
The agreement calls for a 2.5% wage increase in each year of the three year agreement. New language addressing bullying and harassment in the workplace has also been included to ensure that City employees are provided with a safe work place.
The City of Dawson Creek is pleased with the results of this most recent round of negotiations and looks forward to a continued positive working relationship with the employees who deliver the services to the citizens of Dawson Creek.
