2015-12 Fire Hall Roof Replacement

The City of Dawson Creek invites lump sum bids for the replacement of the Fire Hall Roof located at 10101 12A Street Dawson Creek B.C. The work is to be completed by September 30, 2015. 

All documents are available through BC Bid here: 2015-12 Fire Hall Roof Replacement. The Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their bid.

There will be a mandatory site visit for this project beginning at 9:00 am on Tuesday, May 5th 2015. The site visit for this project will be combined with the mandatory site visits for the Airport Roof Replacement and WTP House Renovations and commence at the Dawson Creek Fire Hall, 10101 12A Street at 9:00am. Any contractor unable to make the mandatory site visit may request an alternate visit however any request must be received prior to May 5th at 9:00am. Approval of an alternate site visit request is at the sole discretion of the City and is not guaranteed. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that its Bid is received at the above location and by the time stipulated.  Bids received after the stipulated time will be rejected and returned to the Bidder unopened.  Faxed or Emailed Bids are not acceptable and will be rejected.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive any informality, incompleteness or error in any bid. Bids will be opened in public on the date and time specified in the Bid Documents. Bidders must refer to the Contract Documents for the terms governing the Bid process.   All bids received by the City of Dawson Creek Director of Corporate Administration become the property of The Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek and as such are subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
