TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held at 8:30 a.m., in Council Chambers, City Hall, Dawson Creek, B.C. on Monday, January 9, 2017. Any member of the public, who feels they may be affected by the proposed changes to the City of Dawson Creek Zoning Amendment (16-08) Bylaw No. 4337, 2016, may comment at that time or may submit comments in writing for inclusion on the Public Hearing agenda no later than noon on Friday, December 30, 2016.
The proposed amendment is to rezone a portion of the property located at 1525 Alaska Avenue as shown on the map, from C-2 (Commercial – General Zone) to C-5 (Commercial – Neighbourhood Pub Zone).
The City of Dawson Creek also gives notice that Boston Pizza Dawson Creek has made application for a Liquor Primary Liquor Licence. The capacity of this establishment will be 87 people with the proposed business hours of 11:00am to 1:00am, Monday through Saturday and 11:00 to midnight Sunday.
A copy of the proposed CITY OF DAWSON CREEK ZONING AMENDMENT (16-08) BYLAW NO. 4337, 2016 may be seen between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays at City Hall, 10105 – 12A Street, Dawson Creek, BC.
