The City of Dawson Creek is requesting quotations for an internal hybrid phone system to replace the existing system that has become outdated. The phone system will be internally hosted with the primary PBX controller located at City Hall and a secondary controller, networked, located at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre. At this time the City is not interested in any externally hosted or “cloud based” solutions.

There will be an optional site visit at 10105 12A Street (City Hall) Dawson Creek, the visit will take place August 22nd and commence at 9:00 am. The City may consider requests for alternate access to the buildings; however, this will be at the sole discretion of the City and may not be accommodated. Bidders are encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit as this may be the only opportunity available to access the buildings.
