2017-04 RFQ Building Removal @ 248 – 115th Ave, Dawson Creek, BC

The City of Dawson Creek is requesting quotations for the building removal and relocation of a coverall building located at 248 115th Avenue, Dawson Creek, BC.                       

All documents are available through BC Bid.  The Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their Quotation. All inquiries regarding this opportunity should be directed to Chantal Richard at 250-785-9697 or crichard@urbansystems.ca

Quotations sealed in an opaque envelope, clearly marked with the supplier’s name and address and the RFQ name and number will be accepted up to 2:00 pm (local time), April 13, 2017, by:

It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that its Quotation is received at the above location and by the time stipulated.  Quotations received after the stipulated time will be rejected and returned to the Contractor unopened.  Faxed or Emailed Quotations are not acceptable and will be rejected.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any quotations and to waive any informality, incompleteness or error in any Quotation. Contractors must refer to the Contract Documents for the terms governing the Quotation process.   All quotations received by the City of Dawson Creek Director of Corporate Administration become the property of The Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek and as such are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
