2017-24 Invitation For Bids – Kin Arena Flat Roof

Tender awarded to D.M. Henderson Contracting Ltd. for the bid price of $45,092 plus applicable taxes. Thank you to those who submitted a bid.

The City of Dawson Creek invites bids for the replacement of the Kin Arena Flat Roofs located at 1101 106th Avenue. The target completion date for this work is August 18, 2017, however, the City may consider bids that cannot meet this target.   

All documents are available through BC Bid.  The Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their bid.

There will be an optional site visit at 9:00 am (local time), Friday, May 26, 2017. Alternative site visits may be arranged at the discretion of the City based on availability by contacting Levi Jackson, Parks and Facilities Manager at ljackson@dawsoncreek.ca. All other inquiries regarding this Invitation for Bids should also be directed to Levi Jackson, Parks and Facilities Manager at ljackson@dawsoncreek.ca.

Bids sealed in an opaque envelope, clearly marked with the supplier’s name and address and the project name will be accepted up to 2:00 pm (local time), Friday, June 9, 2017, and will be received by:

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that its Bid is received at the above location and by the time stipulated.  Bids received after the stipulated time will be rejected and returned to the Bidder unopened.  Faxed or Emailed Bids are not acceptable and will be rejected.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive any informality, incompleteness or error in any bid. Bids will be opened in public on the date and time specified in the Bid Documents. Bidders must refer to the Contract Documents for the terms governing the Bid process.   All bids received by the City of Dawson Creek Director of Corporate Administration become the property of The Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek and as such are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
