HOURLY RATE:                  $15.80 ($17.55 after probation)

The City of Dawson Creek invites applications for casual Special Events Assistant/Water Slide Attendant(s) and one position guaranteed eight hours per week.  Under the direction of the Recreation Manager, Aquatics Coordinator, or designate, the Special Events Assistant/Water Slide Attendant is responsible for the supervision of the water slide and change room checks. Special Events Assistant/Water Slide attendants may assist with special events such as birthday parties and other special events as operationally required.  The shifts will vary based on operational requirements and will be scheduled Monday through Sunday.

 

The successful applicant will be required to complete and submit a Criminal Record Check, the results of which must be satisfactory to the City. A current Standard First Aid Certificate, (CPR C) and Bronze Cross certification will be considered assets.
