The City of Dawson Creek invites bids for the interior renovation of the RCMP Evidence Lockers and office spaces located at 1230 102nd Avenue, Dawson Creek, BC. The target completion date for the work is to be completed by December 31, 2017; however, the City may consider bids that cannot meet this target.
All documents are available through BC Bid. The Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their bid.
There will be an optional site visit at 9:00 am (local time), Monday, August 14th. Alternative site visits may be arranged at the discretion of the City based on availability by contacting Levi Jackson, Parks and Facilities Manager at email@example.com. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that its Bid is received at the above location and by the time stipulated. Bids received after the stipulated time will be rejected and returned to the Bidder unopened. Faxed or Emailed Bids are not acceptable and will be rejected.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive any informality, incompleteness or error in any bid. Bids will be opened in public on the date and time specified in the Bid Documents. Bidders must refer to the Contract Documents for the terms governing the Bid process. All bids received by the City of Dawson Creek Director of Corporate Administration become the property of the Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek and as such are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
