The City intends to enter into five year lease agreements (with an option for up to two renewals) as follows:
Airport Hanger Building
- Cactus Forwarding – office space for an air freight forwarding business at $360/month plus taxes, increased annually based on the BC CPI, plus one parking space at $35/month.
Airport Terminal Building
- G4S Secure Solutions (Canada) Ltd. – office space for the lessee’s airport security screening business at $1,540/year increased annually based on the BC CPI, plus five parking spaces at $35/month each.
- Mel’s U-Drive (1978) Ltd. for a Vehicle Rental Concession Lease at $200/month or 10% of gross revenue/month, whichever is greater plus parking for rental cars at $29.50/month.
