At the Regular Meeting of Council held July 17, 2017, Council proposed to amend the Land Sale Policy by updating the Reserved Property factors to:
“A deposit of
$600 $500 is payable to the City prior to the “Notice of Intent to Dispose of Property” being advertised, with the actual cost of the notice plus a 10% admin fee payable to the City by the proponent.”
Any member of the public, who feels they may be affected by the proposed changes to the City of Dawson Creek’s policy, may submit comments regarding these proposed amendments, in writing to:
