Property Values

Property values in Dawson Creek have consistently been rising over the last several years. Bolstered by continued new construction, the total 2015 residential assessment in Dawson Creek increased by around $76 million (an increase of 6.55% over the previous year), while the total commercial assessment increased by around $50 million (a 8.13% increase over the previous year).
