A Regular Council Meeting will be held Monday, May 28, 2018 and will include:
- Angie Dokken, Northern Brain Injury Association in attendance re: Brain Injury Awareness Month Proclamation.
Dawson Creek Society for Community Living in attendance re: Access Awareness Day Proclamation.
Our goal is for residents and businesses in Dawson Creek to have a voice in the development of municipal cannabis regulations. City Council has adopted a bylaw to prevent dispensaries from opening up until Council has sufficient time to consult the community. We strongly encourage you to have your say about the future of cannabis in Dawson Creek by filling out this questionnaire. Deadline for submission is June 8th.

NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS
2018 Property Taxes are due by
Property Owners are encouraged to pay their property taxes and claim the Provincial Home Owner Grant, if eligible, by July 3, 2018. A simplified online grant is available online at https://webhogs.dawsoncreek.ca/hoglogin.aspx .
We will accept cheques that are POST DATED to July 3, 2018. Remember to complete and sign the Home Owner Grant application, if eligible.
At the Regular Meeting of Council held May 14, 2018, Council proposed to amend the Bylaw Enforcement Policy. The changes are shown highlighted in the attached proposed policy.
Any member of the public who feels they may be affected by the proposed changes to the City of Dawson Creek’s policy may submit comments regarding these proposed amendments, in writing, to:
