2017-41 Invitation to Tender – Friesen Subdivision Sewer Connection

Sealed tenders clearly marked “City of Dawson Creek – Friesen Subdivision Sewer Connection” will be received by the City of Dawson Creek up to 2:00 p.m., (local time), Monday, September 14th, 2017, at 10105 – 12A Street, Dawson Creek, BC  V1G 3V7 where a Public Tender Opening will take place.

 

The work consists of the following work:

  • Supply and install approximately 425 meters of 200 mm PVC sanitary sewer main, supply and install 6 manholes including one outside drop manhole, and tie into existing systems.
  • Supply and install approximately 50 meters of 75 mm PVC sanitary sewer, two 75 mm valves and tie into existing system.
  • Supply and install approximately 25 meters of 400 mm PVC water main between a vault and the existing treatment plant.

 

Contract documents, contract drawing and any reference material for this project will only be distributed electronically in digital format (PDF) through the MERX tendering website at www.MERX.com under the “Agencies, Crown & Private Corporations” tab. Information will be available online on or after August 28th, 2017.

2017-40 RFQ Airport Motor Grader

The City of Dawson Creek is requesting quotations for a 2017 Motor Grader for use at the Dawson Creek Regional Airport.

2017-37 Runway Condition Reporting System

The City of Dawson Creek is requesting quotations for the supply of electronic airfield runway condition reporting equipment and software (Complete touch screen remote airfield condition reporting system; PC, desktop receiver, USB ports, user interface, sensor, swivel mount hardware and all required harnesses and cabling) and a runway friction testing device.

2017-39 Invitation for Bids RCMP Detachment Renovation

 

The City of Dawson Creek invites bids for the interior renovation of the RCMP Evidence Lockers and office spaces located at 1230 102nd Avenue, Dawson Creek, BC. The target completion date for the work is to be completed by December 31, 2017; however, the City may consider bids that cannot meet this target.
