The Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre is a state of art facility that officially opened on September 15, 2007. It features:

General Information
Can My Child Swim Alone?
Children 7 years and under must be within arms reach of a responsible person 16 years of age or older at all times.
Change Rooms
Family change room is only for families or disabled patrons. All other patrons must use the Male or Female change rooms – children without adult supervision can not use the family change room. Adults with medical conditions requiring an aide are permitted to use the family change room.
Showers
For health reasons, all swimmers are required to shower thoroughly before entering the pool.
Groups
Groups of 10 or more are required to notify us of their attendance 48 hours in advance.
Beverages
No food or drinks permitted on the pool deck. Glass containers are not permitted in building.
Waterslide
Children must be 42 inches tall to ride the slide. Doubling up is not permitted.
Course Registration/Facility Rental
Register in person, online or by phone with Visa or MasterCard. Payment is due at time of registration or rental.
Refund, Transfer and Credit Policy
REFUNDS are given ONLY if we cancel a program.
TRANSFERS (POOL ONLY) permitted when the pool is notified 7 days prior to the course start date, or at the recommendation of the instructor.
CREDITS will be issued for the unused portion of a program when the following criteria is met:
- You provide a doctor’s note immediately. Credit is effective starting the date the doctor’s note is received by Recreation/Pool staff.
- We have a wait list and are able to resell your space.
- (POOL ONLY) You contact the pool 7 days prior to the course start date.
NOTE: Credit must be used within one year. For more details, please call the office.
