 Shifts may vary based on operational requirements. Under the general supervision of the Aquatic Coordinator or designate, a Lifeguard/Instructor II performs lifeguarding functions and provides instruction in a number of aquatic programs and skills at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre as well as minor maintenance. The rate of pay for this positon is $27.50/hr.

The successful applicant must demonstrate ability and possess the following current qualifications:
-          Current National Lifeguard Award (Pool Option);
-          Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification;
-          Certification in CPR “C” and AED Certification;
-          Lifesaving Instructor certification;
-          Pool Operators Level 1 certification;
-          Standard First Aid; and
-          2 years’ experience as a Lifeguard.
