The Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their bid. <p>A <strong>mandatory </strong>site tour is scheduled for <strong>Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. beginning at City Hall.</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek is inviting proposals for advertising opportunities on two Ice Resurfacing Machines at the Memorial and Kin Arenas, located at 1101 – 106 Avenue, Dawson Creek, British Columbia.</p>
<p>Proposals are for a three-year advertising agreement commencing September 1, 2012 and ending March 31, 2015.  Proponents could propose any of the following, but not limited to: supply of propane or tires for the Ice Resurfacing Machine, trade of media advertisements, cash value, etc. All advertisements must adhere to the Policy for Arena Advertising.  All advertisements or changes to the machines must be submitted to and approved by the Community Services Department.</p>
