The City of Dawson Creek invites proposals from qualified firms and/or institutions for the purchase of that City-owned land located on 92nd Ave, legally described as Lot A, Section 22, Township 78, Range 15, W.6.M, Plan BCP41325. This parcel is located on terrain that backs onto the Community Forest. The parcel is 1.26 hectares in size and is zoned RS-1 (Residential – Single Family Zone).
The overall objective of this project is to develop the subject parcel to enable occupancy by October 15, 2015. Key components of the project include retaining the existing RS-1 zoning and a concept for the development of the subject parcel that meets the needs and objectives of the City of Dawson Creek’s Official Community Plan.
