Casual on call

The City of Dawson Creek invites applications for casual Water Slide Attendant(s) and one position guaranteed eight hours per week. Under the direction of the Recreation Manager, Aquatics Coordinator, or designate, the Water Slide Attendant is responsible for the supervision of the water slide and change room checks. Water Slide attendants may assist with special events such as birthday parties and other special events as operationally required. The shifts will vary based on operational requirements and will be scheduled Monday through Sunday.

The successful applicant will be required to complete and submit a Criminal Record Check, the results of which must be satisfactory to the City. A current Standard First Aid Certificate, (CPR C) and Bronze Cross certification will be considered assets. The candidate must be 15 years of age or older

The successful applicant will have the ability to perform all duties in a safe manner and to maintain harmonious relationships with all members of the public and other staff members.
