Three BC Transit buses will be added to the Dawson Creek fleet and available to riders in early January 2021. It is the hope of the City of Dawson Creek that the addition of these buses will alleviate the problems that riders were experiencing with pass-ups over the last few months. School District #59 will continue to work with the City of Dawson Creek while the new busses are being implemented. Dawson Creek Secondary – South Peace campus will continue to support students who had previously been affected by the downsizing due to the pandemic for the month of January. Thank you to BC Transit for hearing the concerns of our residents and for providing a solution to this issue, and thank you to School District #59 for accommodating riders in these unprecedented times.
