The following amendment is proposed to The City of Dawson Creek Official Zoning Map, attached as Schedule B to the City of Dawson Creek Zoning Bylaw No. 4450, 2020 to change the zoning of lands located at 940 – 89 Avenue from RS-1 Residential- Single Detached Zone to RS-2 Residential-Single Detached and Duplex Zone.
A copy of the proposed CITY OF DAWSON CREEK ZONING AMENDMENT (21-04) BYLAW NO. 4507, 2021 may be seen between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays at City Hall, 10105 – 12A Street, Dawson Creek, BC.
