We are excited to announce we are partnering with Legend Martial Arts Academy in Dawson Creek to offer 2 exciting camps over winter break!
With over 15 years of experience in martial arts, instructor Evan Ollenberger, will teach basic kickboxing movements in a fun, encouraging environment!
Kids start the day with a warm up and dynamic stretch, then move into a house drill, comprised of basic striking movements and self defence. After this, they move into the combo of the day, which is performed on the punching bags.
