Move for Health Day is held on May 10 every year. This international event was started in 2002 by the World Health Organization to promote physical activity.
The Community Services Department challenges you to GET UP, GET ACTIVE and TAKE PART in the Move for Health Day Contest!

How To Enter:
- Head down to the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre on May 10 to put your name in the draw.
- You don’t need to swim to enter the draw, but feel free to as this day is all about being active! You can also use the Walking Track while you’re at the pool, use the fitness equipment at Kin Park, go for a walk, run, jog around town, go to the gym, do some yoga…the point is to get up and get moving!
- Draw winner will be contacted and announced on Facebook.
