Pursuant to Section 124 of the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Dawson Creek is proposing to amend Council Procedure Bylaw No. 4374, 2018 and is required to give public notice of the proposed changes.
The proposed changes are to re-order the agenda to move “Strategic Priorities” closer to the beginning of the meeting, and to ensure that the presiding member asks Council if there is further discussion before closing the debate.

Thanks to the South Peace Oilmen's Association and a whole host of local companies, the 2023 Christmas Tree is now in place downtown waiting for the light-up countdown. The downtown core at the intersection of 102nd Avenue and 10th Street will be closed for the Christmas Tree Light-up beginning at 5:00 PM on Friday November 17th.
