October 1-7, 2023 KidSport Week

October 1-7, 2023 was proclaimed as KidSport week. KidSport provides sport registration grants to more than 3000 financially disadvantaged children annually across British Columbia and more than 31,000 kids annually across Canada. KidSport provides opportunities for local children to improve their health through experiencing the joys and memories of sport participation and belonging to a community.

RFQ 2023-26 Sanitary and Storm CCTV Inspection

The City of Dawson Creek (City) invites quotations from qualified contractors to Close Circuit Television (CCTV) according to Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) code, approximately 5495m of sewer mains for the proposed 2024 capital projects. City Receives Provincial Funding from Local Government Climate Action Program

Capital Projects Update September 2023

Progress has been made on several City of Dawson Creek Capital Projects since the last update in August 2023. Most road work contracts are scheduled to be completed by October 31st of each year according to City specifications, so residents can expect to see paving projects begin to wrap up as we head into October.
