Family Open Gym *FREE*

The goal of this free program is to promote physical activity and family togetherness! Join in facilitated group games or do your own thing. (You will have access to the sports equipment room). The sky is the limit! Children must be accompanied by a parent.
Yoga in the Gym (Ages 19+) *FREE*

Gentle Flow Yoga, open to all adults. Bring a mat, water and comfortable clothing.
ActiveAGE (Ages 65+ yrs) *FREE*
This fun and social program will get you moving in a relaxed and inviting class environment with likeminded people. Classes include discussions and handouts to help your overall health and physical well-being. Class sizes are small so register early; sign up now by calling Community Services at 250-784-3604.
Choose to Move (Ages 65+ yrs) *FREE*
We’re looking for older adults who want to be more physically active. An activity coach will meet with you and supports you along your path to better health by one-on-one group meetings, monthly group meetings and regular check-in phone calls. Fit and Fun (EveryBODY Active) Kits *FREE Rental*
Did you know the Community Services Department has Activity Kits you can sign out? They are great for family reunions, picnics, birthday parties, etc. These kits are free – all you need to do is provide a $50 refundable deposit. When the kits are returned, you will get your $50 back. If there is any damage or items missing, the deposit will go towards the replacement/repair. To rent a kit, come in to the Community Services Office (downstairs at City Hall). For more information, call us at 250-784-3604.
