Skate With Santa! – Santa may be busy this December, but he is making time to come to the Memorial Arena for this special skate. Be sure to come out and skate with him! $2 Shinny n' Skate – Usually the first Friday of each month. Ice will be divided in 2; one side for regular public skate, the other for shinny. To play shinny, a stick, hockey gloves and a CSA approved helmet are required. Hockey sticks must stay on the shinny side of the ice, except when entering and exiting the ice surface. $2 Admission (Skates and Helmets are free to rent for Shinny Skate, however limited sizes are available. Toonie Swim/Toonie Climb – Join us at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre between 1:00 - 5:00pm for a $2 Swim or a $2 Climb (or do both for $4)! Climbing if for ages 4+. Movie Night at the Pool - The Grinch! – Join us on Saturday, December 14 at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre for The Grinch (2018 version). Doors open at 5:30pm, movie starts at 6:00pm. There will be Pizza and drinks! Regular Public Swim Admission fees apply. Please note - regular Public Swim will end at 5:00pm on this day. Anyone 7 and under must be within arms reach of a responsible person 16 years or older in the water at all times.

Little Elves Workshop (12:30pm). Age 30 months - 11 years – Join us for a fun-filled time! Create Christmas crafts suitable for gift giving or decorating your home, decorate cookies, and play games. Those ages 30 months to 5 years must be accompanied by an adult. Older children must be signed in and out of the program by a parent or guardian. $6.00 (30 months - 5 years) You must pre-register for this program. Register early - if not enough registrants, program may be cancelled.
