Water Sales

The City of Dawson Creek owns and maintains four different water sales facilities. We operate the water sales accounts through the Simcom Water Sales Website. The program allows water haulers to add money to their online accounts using a credit card at any time of day, enhancing the user experience.

Water station accounts

You must have a water sales account before you are able to use the water stations. To use the water stations:

  • Bring your Operator ID and Validation Code with you
  • Ensure your account has enough money in it by checking your balance online
  • Fill your tank
  • Receive your receipt automatically through email

To view a step-by-step procedure of how to fill your tank.

Get an account

  • Call our Finance Department at 311 Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • Visit City Hall in person Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30am

Add money

  1. Go to the Simcom water website at water.simcom.tech
  2. Click on “User Mgmt”
  3. Click on “My Profile”
  4. Click on “Process Payment” and enter the amount you would like to add to your account
  5. Enter your credit card information
  6. Click “Process”

*Only credit cards can be used on this system.
