The City of Dawson Creek owns and maintains four different water sales facilities. We operate the water sales accounts through the Simcom Water Sales Website. The program allows water haulers to add money to their online accounts using a credit card at any time of day, enhancing the user experience.
You must register for a water sales account or complete a trucked waste agreement before you are able to use our water sales facilities. If you had an old water account for our FOB system before May 2022, you will need to have your account switched over to the new system.
*Only credit cards can be used on this system.
We offer both residential and commercial water services, as well as wastewater drop-off facilities. You may need different tools, depending which location you plan to use.
