You must complete a Rezoning or Zoning Bylaw Text Amendment Application if you need to vary the permitted uses or density of uses as regulated in the Zoning Bylaw.
Cost
Our Fees and Charges Bylaw is updated each year through Council. It lists the amount of every City fee. Costs increase on January 1st every year.
