A permit costs is set by our fees and and charges bylaw. Plan costs, land transfer costs, legal costs and advertising costs are all additional.
Our Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 3932 is updated each year through Council. It lists the amount of every City fee. Costs increase on January 1st every year.
