NOTICE OF PROPERTY DISPOSITION
As required by Section 26 of the Community Charter, the City of Dawson Creek provides notice that it intends to lease counter space and a parking space at the Dawson Creek Airport located at 80 Vic Turner Airport Road for the purpose of a vehicle rental service.
The lessee is Mr. Danny Wrzosek DBA Mel’s U Drives (1978) Ltd. for $204.00 for the Counter Space and $30.09 per month for each allocated vehicle parking space which includes an annual CPI as per the City of Dawson Creek Consumer Price Index Policy as amended from time to time or Ten Percent (10%) of gross revenue, whichever is the greater for a one-year extension to March 31, 2025, with an option to renew for 1 remaining 1-year term.
