Notice of Property Disposition - 1300 111 Avenue Dawson Creek, BC

The City of Dawson Creek is providing notice in accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, regarding its intention to lease space at 1300 111 Avenue (also known as the Eljen Medical Clinic) for the purpose of primary health care. The lease will be for $1800 per month plus operating costs, and will be offered to the following lessees and terms:

Dr. Daihoum: Month to Month lease beginning July 1, 2024

Dr. Eriki: Month to Month lease beginning July 1, 2024

Dr. Sidhu: Lease from July 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024
