RFP 2023-13 Playground Development

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation from the City of Dawson Creek (City) to interested and qualified Proponents to submit a proposal for the design, supply and installation of two (2) playground structures at two (2) different City park locations as further detailed in the attached Appendix A –Scope of Work.  This RFP is comprised of two separate playground projects and provides an opportunity for Proponents to submit a bid for one or both of the projects, which may result in one (1) or two (2) successful Proponents and one (1) or two (2) Contracts awarded.

RFP documents are available through the BC Bid portal. Proponents are solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their proposal. Questions regarding specifications can be directed to the Owner’s Representative, at:

Proponents are to refer to the RFP documents for the terms and conditions governing the proposal process. Proposals shall be prepared and submitted at the sole expense of the Proponents and without cost to the City.  The City will not accept proposals submitted from companies that are owned by City employees.

Proposals may be submitted until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), Friday, June 9, 2023.
