RFP 2024-11 Fixed Network Water Meter Reading Infrastructure

The City invites prospective proponents to submit a proposal in response to RFP 2024-11 Fixed Network Water Meter Reading Infrastructure. The City is seeking a network infrastructure that will be fixed in place in strategic locations throughout the community to effectively support the reading of approximately 5,245 water meters. Existing water meters are Neptune R900 radio technology with approximately seventy (70) that are touch pad technology.  They are read using Neptune 360 software and a Neptune belt clip receiver and the network infrastructure needs to be compatible and work effectively with this existing equipment.
