RFQ 2023-23 Solid Waste and Recycling Collection and Disposal

The City of Dawson Creek (City) invites quotations from qualified solid waste and recycling collection contractors for the provision of citywide automated solid waste and recycling collection, transportation and disposal services. The services required by the City include curbside residential recycling collection and disposal, curbside residential solid waste collection and disposal, as well as the supply of commercial containers for City facilities and the collection and disposal of waste from these containers. The subsequent contract duration will be for a period of 60 months commencing on November 1, 2023 and ending on October 31, 2028.


All Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents are available through BC Bid.  Bidders must refer to the RFQ documents for the terms governing the procurement process.  The City will not accept quotations submitted from companies that are owned by City employees.

Quotations may be submitted until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), Friday, September 1, 2023
