RFQ 2024-15 Calvin Kruk Centre - Heating & Cooling System Improvements & Unit Replacement

The City invites qualified suppliers to submit a bid for RFQ 2024-15 CKC Heating and Cooling Unit Replacement and Improvements for the facility known as the Calvin Kruk Centre (CKC). The building consists of three (3) floors and the current system is provided by three (3) Mitsubishi, Heat Recovery Water-Source, Variable Refrigeration Flow (W-VRF) Systems, each comprised of two condensing units for a total of six (6).  Full details for the project can be found in the attached Appendix A – Scope of Work and Specifications.
