RFQ 2025-01 Unsightly Property - Clean Up and Debris Removal Services

The City invites qualified contractors to submit a bid for the provision of Clean-up and Debris Removal Services for unsightly private property and adjoining public places that are identified to be in contravention of the Property Maintenance Bylaw No. 4190, 2013.  Services shall be required on an “as needed and when requested” basis. The annual number of properties is estimated to be about 25 per year and the average property size is approximately 50 feet X 120 feet.  These numbers are not guaranteed and may fluctuate depending on need and property location.
