The 2022 Culture, Parks and Recreation Master Plan develops a strategy to build the City of Dawson Creek recreation system and plan for the next 10 years. It provides planning guidelines and recommendations for the Community Services department. Aiming to identify priorities and strategies to meet the community needs based on annual funding available for such services and facilities. The focus is to provide a framework to guide the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our existing network of parks and recreation amenities, services, and facilities.
