Recreation Programs

Classes can fill quickly on registration days. We recommend following these handy tips to help you prepare:

Before registration day

Set up your account ahead of time, so registration will be faster.
If registering online, test your login and passwords to make sure they are working.
Browse programs in advance online, or in our Leisure Guide so you can quickly locate the course you need on registration day.

On registration day

Booking online will be faster than calling. Phone lines are extremely busy on registration days and messages may not be answered right away.
Have your method of payment ready
Review your receipt and registration confirmation for important details about your class.

Create an account

Go to the login page
Click “signup” at the top
Create the main contact of the account first - the adult or parent
- An email from our provider will be sent to you with your login and temporary password
- Check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email
- Click “Submit”
Once you can see your profile, click “Add Family Member” to add any other family members
Click “Submit” when done

Troubleshooting

Already have an account, but have never logged in

Don't create a new account. Give us a call instead and we will activate your account.

Find courses

You should see a filter link at the top of the screen. When you click on it, the filters will open up and you can narrow down your search. The simplest way to find the course you want is by typing one word on the course name in “keyword” field.

Forgot my password

Click “forgot password” to reset your account. If that doesn't work, give us a call and we can help.

View my credit

Once you log in, you will be able to view your credit in the “Family Member Detail” page.
