Open to ages 16+ and any ﬁtness level.
It’s a blast and a great workout too! A variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises, that will challenge any ﬁtness level. No registration required - just show up!
Public swim fees apply, or you can use your Punch Card or Pass!
Please note, fitness class participants don’t need to know how to swim for deep water classes (we provide a ﬂotation belt), but they should be comfortable in deep water.
Shallow Water Classes:
- Mondays and Wednesday mornings
- Wednesday evenings
Deep Water Classes:
- Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
