The City of Dawson Creek partnered with the Peace River Regional District to have a detailed
assessment of housing needs in the region completed. The purpose of the report is to establish an understanding of the housing needs within the City prior to developing further policy.
The final report was presented to the City of Dawson Creek Council on March 22, 2021 and a representative from Urban Matters will be sharing an additional presentation at a later Council Meeting to further explain the report. To view the Housing Needs Report, click here.
