PROPOSED NEW POLICY – TRAVEL AND EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

At the Regular Meeting of Council held July 14, 2024, Council considered a new Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy, which will repeal and replace the existing Reimbursement of Expenses Policy.

The proposed policy and the repealed policy are available for review.

Any member of the public who feels they may be affected by the proposed changes to the City of Dawson Creek’s policies may submit their comments, regarding these proposed changes, in writing no later than 4:30 PM on August 18, 2024, to Tab Young, Corporate Officer by:

  • In person at City Hall located at 10105 12a Street, during regular business hours; 
  • 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding holidays
