On September 4, 2025 we're hosting Community Registration Night at Co-op Mercer Hall, Ovintiv Events Centre from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We’re inviting local organizations, clubs, and community groups to take part in our upcoming Community Registration Night — a fantastic opportunity to showcase your programs, connect with potential members, and build your presence in the community.

This event is all about helping residents discover the wide range of opportunities available in our area — from sports and the arts to education, volunteer work, and social programs. If you serve the community, we want you there!

To make the most of your space, be sure to bring:

• A table covering or signage to identify your group
• Promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, or handouts
