NOTICE OF PROPERTY DISPOSITION

As required by section 26 of the Community Charter, the City of Dawson Creek hereby gives notice that it intends to enter into a lease for counter space and parking spaces at the Dawson Creek Airport, located at 80 Vic Turner Airport Road, for the purpose of providing a vehicle rental service.

The proposed lessee is Mr. Danny Wrzosek, carrying on business as Mel’s U Drives (1978) Ltd.

The proposed lease consideration is $212.24 per month for the counter space and $31.30 per month for each allocated vehicle parking spaces, with annual adjustments in accordance with the City of Dawson Creek Consumer Price Index Policy, as amended from time to time, or ten percent (10%) of gross revenue, whichever is greater.

The proposed term of the lease is one (1) year, expiring on March 31, 2027, with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
