NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL TUESDAY, JULY 22, 2025 Council Chambers, City Hall 10105 12A Street, Dawson Creek 9:00 am

Pursuant to Section 127 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of Council, to be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall. 

The purpose of the open portion of the meeting is to consider first, second, and third readings of the Dawson Creek Revitalization Tax Exemption Program Bylaw No. 4609, 2025, and Water Conservation Measures. 

A portion of the meeting will be closed to the Public pursuant to Section 90(1)(k) of the Community Charter  - negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interest of the municipality if they were held in public.
