One Way to Play: Dawson Creek’s New MultiPass is Here!
Dawson Creek, BC – The City of Dawson Creek is thrilled to announce the launch of the MultiPass, now accepted across all recreation facilities including the aquatic centre (swimming), the indoor climbing wall, skating rinks, and the new Kin Arena Sports Floor.
As of May 2025, the City aligned drop-in pricing across all core recreational programs, paving the way for a single, streamlined pass that makes it easier than ever for residents to stay active - their way.
“We heard from the community that access and flexibility were key,” says Ryan MacIvor, General Manager of Community Services. “The MultiPass gives you one card, one payment option, and endless ways to move, play, and connect.”
What the MultiPass Offers
· Drop-In Punch Cards – Prepaid and convenient (youth, student, adult, and senior pricing available)
· One Card = Four Ways to Play:
o Swimming at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre
o Public Skating & Shinny Hockey at the Memorial Arena
o Kin Arena Sports Floor – Basketball, futsal, volleyball, and more
o Indoor Climbing Wall at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre
This change means no more juggling multiple passes, guessing fees, or limiting your activity choices. It’s all under one pricing structure, with one pass that goes wherever you want to play.
MultiPasses can be purchased at City recreation facilities or over the phone at 250-784-3604.
