NOTICE OF APPLICATION – CHANGE OF PERSON CAPACITY ON
LIQUOR PRIMARY LICENCE - WHISKEY PICKLE PUB

Pursuant to the requirements under the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, notice is hereby given that the Whiskey Pickle Pub, located at 11605 8th Street, Dawson Creek, BC, has submitted an application to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch for a structural change to its existing Liquor Primary Licence. The application requests a permanent increase in person capacity for the licensed service area.

Public notice for this application was previously published; however, the applicant has advised that the originally submitted person capacity information was incorrect. Updated and corrected information has been provided, and this notice reflects the revised proposed person capacity.

The existing person capacity is:

24 persons (patrons & staff)

The proposed increase to person capacity is:

70 persons (patrons & staff)

Under the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, amendments that affect the capacity or occupancy load of a licensed establishment require that the local government issue a public notice of the application and provide an opportunity for public comment.
