RFP 2025-36 Information and Technology Master Plan

The City is requesting proposals from experienced firms to provide a comprehensive 5-year Information and Technology (IT) Master Plan.  The City is looking for a plan that is innovative, practical, cost-effective and strategic, to serve as a roadmap for modernizing IT infrastructure, strengthening security and governance, as well as enhancing IT capabilities to ensure adaptability to future technological advancements.
