Submit a Delegation Request Form or contact our Administration Department to learn more about discussing an item with Council. Refer to the Council page to find the current meeting schedule to indicate which meeting you would like to appear at.
Your request and all supporting documentations such as handouts or PowerPoint presentations must be submitted by:
- 12:00 PM noon the Monday before the Council meeting
- If the Monday is a Statutory Holiday, then 12:00 PM noon the first business day preceding a holiday
- When a Council meeting falls on a Tuesday, the request and documents must be submitted before noon on the Friday of the week prior to the Council meeting

You will receive an email from our Administration team confirming the outcome of your request and to coordinate arrangements. Please make note of your preferred delivery method on your request – in-person, Zoom or Conference Call. Delegations are to be no more than two individuals. Requests for larger Delegations must be approved in advance.
