Proclamations

Proclamations announce specific days, weeks, or months for community events or initiatives, and are requested by registered non-profit organizations. Proclamations are issued to promote community enhancement through educational campaigns, awareness programs, charitable efforts, or other activities that foster community development.

Request a Proclamation

To request a proclamation, fill out a Delegation Request Form. A member of the organization requesting the proclamation must be in attendance on the day of the Council Meeting in order to make the proclamation.
