City Department Phone Lines Are Back Up and Running

All City Department Phone Lines, including the Fire Hall Phone Line, are back up and running.

Call individual departments directly via the information on our Contacts page or call 311 to be directed to a department by Staff.

The power has been restored at the Dawson Creek Mall. City services located within the mall have resumed, and the front desks for City Hall Services and the Mayor’s Office are once again open to the public.

The power is currently down at the Dawson Creek Mall, affecting City Hall Services, the Mayor's Office and the Administration Office within the mall. Front desks at these locations are currently unavailable to the public.
